About the Show & Prizes
The Destination:Nature juried art show encourages all artists - both those who create in plein air environments as well as studio artists - to participate. This year's exhibit theme -- “Wild and Scenic” -- will focus on the diverse environments of the Nashua River Watershed, with all its tributaries, wildlife, plant life and the lands and communities it nourishes. Artists will be asked to submit work reflecting their interactions with and response to the wild and scenic watershed.
All artwork must depict, or be inspired by, the varied landscapes or waterscapes and/or the relationships with the communities they interact with. Recreational ideas in the Nashua River Watershed can be explored here.
SHOW DATES: 11/6/24 - 1/4/25
PRIZES:
1st place - $750 + a future exhibit at Fivesparks' gallery space
2nd place - $500
3rd place - $250
People's Choice - $100

10/12/2024 - Selections announced and artists notified
11/2 & 11/5-9/2024 - Artwork drop off at Fivesparks (in person; no shipping)
11/16/2024 - Show opens to public
11/16/2024 - Artist reception; winners announced (invitation only)
11/23/2024 - Public reception
1/5/2025 - In person pick-up of all artwork
